A professional photographic inspection and written report — delivered within 48 hours of every visit.

Physical Maintenance (Part B)

All invoices issued same day as visit. Net 14 days EFT. Certificate of Currency on request. Smoke alarm compliance and external blinds/awnings are outside current scope.
